I am not sure how to do this. And customer care are not answering the phone.
I got the 12 pro 4 days back but now I am thinking to have 11 pro max. Can someone help me how to do this ?

Fido offers a 15-day satisfaction guarantee where you can exchange the device if you are not completely happy with it, you can learn more about it here.
If you got the device at a store then you will need to do the exchange at that store, if you did it over the phone or online through fido.ca then you will need to reach out to customer service. Wait times are longer than usual given the current situation and with the current Balck Friday deals.
