Payment Program Promotion credit not shown on Mobile Service Agreement

I upgraded my phone with Fido today, shown in the picture, iPhone 12 $20/mo. But on my Mobile Service Agreement.pdf Fido emailed me, the Monthly Fees for Payment Program is still $40.84/mo. And I looked at my app, account, there is no single trace about the $20 discount. If it will not appear until I get my bill, what is the meaning of the contract without all the info?

I understand your concern, as the ad stated the $20/mo is "after a bill credit". 

When financing a device the price never changes on the contract instead the difference is applied to the bill as a credit monthly credit so it works out to be $20/mo.
