I upgraded my phone with Fido today, shown in the picture, iPhone 12 $20/mo. But on my Mobile Service Agreement.pdf Fido emailed me, the Monthly Fees for Payment Program is still $40.84/mo. And I looked at my app, account, there is no single trace about the $20 discount. If it will not appear until I get my bill, what is the meaning of the contract without all the info?
