Ordering a new phone

I am trying to order a new phone but I can't.  When I get to the page where it says to choose my location It doesn't do anything.  I Select the province and my city and nothing happens it just stays on the toronto map.

I tried that.  I tried on my phone I tried on 2 diffent desk tops one on chrome one on internet explorer.  nothing works.

Can you try through a different browser and/or try clearing your cache and cookies?
