Bought a phone, it didn't work properly and I didn't like it so Ive returned it and have the "hardware received confirmation" email. When I look at phones on the fido app it still says my "current phone" is the one I returned and not the previous one, should I wait to purchase another phone or does the email mean phone has been returned %100? Thanks!

Your online account showing the phone you returned is normal as the account will display the last phone you got from Fido, if the phone has been returned and processed already you can go ahead and purchase the phone you want.
