Just out of curiosity, how long does it normally take for phone order to be processed? I thought there would've been an email to let me know that the order was being processed, but nothing so far just a congratulations email about my new phone?

I also placed an online order on Tuesday and have yet to receive any kind of confirmation via email. I asked Fido.ca chat and they said my order was successfully received but not confirmed yet. Thanks @KAPABLE-K for info about the typical 48-72 hour window!

Fido usually aims for 48-72hrs but with the current situations and stock levels depending on the phone, it can take longer.
