One of my contacts can't contact me

I switched to Fido within the last 2 months and kept the same phone number. Since then, one of my contacts has been unable to reach me by phone or text message.


Why is this happening? And how can I correct this?

  Hmm, that's strange! Are they the only contact unable to reach you? Have you verified that you haven't mistakenly blocked their number? Are you having issues making calls or sending messages?


   What phone are you using? Have you verified that it is using the proper APN settings? You can verify those settings here.
