I upgraded my phone and change my plan last week Saturday. I recieved a confirmation email about my new plan but nothing about the upgrade to my phone. I am just wondering if the upgrade information went through and when I can expect it to be delivered or check the status with a tracking number? It has been more 5 business days. I tried to call fido fraud management and leave a message but no one answer my phone and no one call me back. So Please someone help me because my old phone stopped working and i need my new phone ASAP.
