Not receiving all text messages on LG G6!

I purchased a LG6 in November 2017.  Biggest regret I ever did.  I have noticed in the past month in a half that i wasnt getting some text messages . I use my phone for both work and personal.  I have inquired twice now through messenger in regards to this matter. It took over 2 hours to response last night. Still no help.  They left a message thus morning that i woke up to.  Yes i have latest version of messenger but have no clue what OS us?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thx

To answer your question, OS stands for Operating System. You can find the information in the "About phone" section in the settings of your device!

Regarding your current situation, I'd need to know more

Are you having the issue with the SMS anywhere you go or is it only at one specific location? Are you using Wi-Fi calling with your LG G6?

The OS is up to date and the button is checked off for WIFI calling.

Do you mean that you have Wifi Calling activated?

Does the same thing happen when you test out your SIM card in another phone? Are you using the stock messaging app or have you downloaded a third party app for messaging?
