Nokia how to reinstate the predictive text

Not sure if my Nokia is an E72.  It has no  number on it.

I just need to know how to reinstate the predictive text for text messaging.

I had it and it has disappeared.  I have tried 'settings', message settings, eytc., etc but cannot find how to do it.

I just telephoned fido office and the gal didn't know what I was talking about....
