No status on my new phone

I ordered my new phone Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 256g black since Sep 2nd. After I ordered the phone and rejected other offers, I didnt receive my phone after 2-5 days as promised. I called for follow up, they told me it's on back order and i have to wait 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks passed and I haven't heard or received anything. When I call customer solutions specialist they say that I have to wait and they cant reach the warehouse to enquire about it. I have to wait until I get an email confirming that it's been shipped. I exhausted from my current phone and that's why I made the decision to upgrade. Anybody can help??!!

I'm sad to hear it's taking longer than expected to receive your phone. Some of our phones are in high demand, especially the S21 ultra, which explains why it is back-ordered at the moment. It may be a couple weeks until you receive it, but you simply need to make sure to check your e-mails. You will receive a notification once it is shipped.
