No one can hear me

When I tried calling out this morning no one could hear me. I took the Samsung J3 to the kiosk and they took out the chip, reset the phone to factory settings still no one could hear me. And other customers began to come over to the kiosk and complain how no one could hear them when they made a call.

That doesn't sound right. Was the store able to find the cause? Are you still experiencing the issue?
