No Tracking number / no update

Upgraded my plan, its been 8 days and haven't  received tracking number. I called support but they failed to provide an update except to wait another couple of weeks. Seriously, Fido? Can anyone help me please?

Person processed the order initially said I can collect from nearby store if available. After order informed me that only can be shipped (with in 3-4 day max).

I definitely understand how receiving your phone quickly or having updates about your order is important.


Depending on the phone you ordered, it may be back-ordered which means that it would take longer to arrive and a tracking number will only be provided once the phone is in stock and shipped.
