No Data Toggle on SAMSUNG GALAXY A5 (how to enable data toggle?)

Hi, on the swipe down bar there is no toggle for turning DATA (LTE) on/off simply, like there is for wifi.  I had this option on my previous android phone.  I've done a lot of searching in the options and even tried playstore apps, but there seems to be no simple data toggle available.  Does anybody else have issue with this, or a fix?  Is it the case on all A5s?

@PlantZombie You can try searching the Samsung App store for an app called Good Lock in the past it restored the missing toggles. I'm not sure if its still there or if it is compatible with the A5 you can search for it and try. If not there is no other easy way that I know of.
