New phone not billed on account

I just got a new phone as part of the $0 down Fido Payment Program, though it is not showing on my account as part of my bill all I see is my phone plan? Does it take time to show up on my account?


Hi @KayleighWard , I think the changes to your account will start showing up in the next few days. Usually account changes take place on business days, Monday to Friday. When account offices are open. I hope you see it soon, cheers
