That phone has all of the compatible frequencies that Fido/Rogers uses for 2G (850MHz and 1900MHz), '3G' (bands 2 and 5), and LTE (bands 4,7, and 17).
WCDMA (UMTS) bands 2 and 5 would correspond to the 1900MHz and 850MHz respectively, referred to here.
