Name display cutting off

When my wife calls me at work from here Fido line (and I have tested from my own) the call display cuts off the first character of the name displayed. So, for example, instead of "John Smith" I see "ohn Smith". is this a Fido problem with their Call Display or should I let the IT people at work know and have them look into it? Not a huge problem but weird.

tell them to update the cnam data base, or maybe a re-send to switch
