My sim is not working

I lost my iphone 11 pro, now I am using iPhone 5s, and I bought new sim with an old number, but it is not working.. it says that your sim card is not supported. Kindly let me know the solution urgently.???

Welcome to the community!

 

You will need to activate the new SIM card since you lost the old one then you will not be able to do it yourself online and you will need to contact customer service or go to a Fido store to have it activated.

 

Where did you get the iPhone 5s from? Was it a Fido phone? It could be that the phone is locked and you would need to have it unlocked.
