My phone not shipped after 26 days

On black Friday I added another line and phone. Not received any information that the phone that a choose is out of stock.

Called 3 times to talk to customer service and still waiting. I open a case on my last call on Dec/21 and the customer service told me that I will receive a call in 2 business days and any call from Fido.

I am calling today Dec/26. After 42 min the customer service got my call when I start to explain my problem, she sends me to the end of the line to wait again for another customer service. 

This is a complete disrespect to the customer. I added another line and got another phone because my wife's phone is not working. If you cannot provide a service, not sealed the plan or phone. I can get another service with another company.


I will do this and cancel with fido.


I still on line 1 hour already.
