My FIDO account has been hacked!!!

Recently I went into my account after noticing a series of very expensive bills. I was off at school and was really busy and fell behind on checking my account. Once logging on and looking into it deeper, I noticed my phone had been upgraded! I was about 3 months away from the end of my contract, however it says I have 2 years left on my contract. I was charged an early upgrade fee.

Sorry to hear about the fraudulent access to your account. You should take the appropriate measures by changing your passwords and cancel your credit card if you had one on file, you can also consider the advice here


You should contact customer support ASAP and inform them you did not make those transactions and they can open an investigation and the fraud department should reach out to you.
