I was wondering if anyone knows why when I open an email on my Moto X first, the email will not show up on my PC's email. I am using Outlook Express on my PC with Rogers ?
Further to my original email, when I open an email on my PC in Outlook, it automatically send it to trash on my Moto X. I can still read it there but is there a way to keep it in my inbox on my Moto X, it just makes it easier to realize I have had an email sent to me?
It all has to do with the phone settings. I'm not sure specifically on your specific phone, but their is a setting that sends notice to your email to move the messages in your inbox to your trash once downloaded to your phone. Once their, when your computer tries to check your emails, it does not see the messages that have already been sent to you.
