Mobile network

My husband and I just switched to Fido and brought our own phones. We got a great plan and love everything so far except my husbands phone never seems to be able to connect to a mobile network, there has been less then 5 times that it has connected. My phone works fine though, I have an iPhone 6 and he has a lg g3 and the lg worked fine with Koodo. Has anyone ever experienced this dilemma before?

Is your husband still experiencing difficulty with his network connection?

 

Have you tested his SIM card in another phone as well? What happens when you do?
