I called Fido because I was intrested in adding a data online line the hotspot. When I called the fido rep said there was no such thing! What is happening at Fido, your website says onething and then your customer service reps say another thing?

Does this device work across canada and the USA? If im getting this as a 5th line to my account can you give me the 10% discount?

Now, you can definitely use this device anywhere under our coverage area within Canada without additional fees, barring overages, however, use of your data-only plan would be subject to Fido Roam charges when using the service in the US.
This type of plan is not eligible for the 10% discount for additional lines.
