You should note that this is a public forum so you should not post your private information, also this community forum is not meant as a venue for customer service it is primarily driven by customers like myself helping each other.
Fido provides cell service so it's odd to hear you are disappointed because they provided service, it doesn't matter who is using the device their responsibility is to provide the service, it is the user's responsibility how those services are being used and ultimately the account holder is responsible for all charges.
