Hello,

I suppose to received an update for my tablet huawei June 24th but I am still on January security update. Is it normal?or there is something wrong with the tablet?

Hey there @juan1978

As seen on our OS Upgrade Schedule, the new version was released on June 24th 2020.

Please note however that the updates are sent in batches and not to all customers/devices at the same time. In other words, your device should have the new OS version available soon.

I've never seen an update that takes eight days, please advise when with the updates be actually available
