MMS not working Samsung Galaxy S7

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 from Fido.   MMS used to work, but no longer does.   I cannot send or receive MMS messages. 

I have verified the APN settings on the phone are the same as those listed in the forums, but no luck.

Have you checked under your network settings to make sure that you have your data access on? 

Is the same thing happening when you try sending one to yourself or if you try your SIM card in another device?
