Likewize declined my stolen mobile request without any reason struggling since 29th Oct 23

Hi All,

I have reported my mobile stolen Iphone 14 Pro Max 256 case on 29th Oct 2023 while I was in roaming. I submitted all the docs Likewize wanted and it showed me I was complete in documentation. After 10 days when further enquired why there is a delay in decision making which supposed to be done in 2 days, they have declined my request without any REASON. I had escalated 3 times to Likewize and also 3 times with FIDO supervisors. All futile still I am unaware of the actual reason of refusal. It seems LIKEWIZE has monopoly in this Protection plan, even they are not listening FIDO. Now I  have no clue how to pursue. Also, decided to settle my dues with FIDO and get out from them as they are not able to support customer effectively and let us in deadlock situtaion. Can I ask FIDO a discount on my mobile phone settlement. I know FIDO/ROGERs does not have influence on LIKEWIZE and FIDO only forced us to deal with LIKEWIZE without any options. Appreciate suggestions. Cannot leave without a proper phone as I use for my emails.

Sorry to heart about that. It's important to note that Likewize will usually provide you with a documentation for your claim and any follow up decision they make about it.

 

To better assist you, and to take a closer look at this situation, are you able to share any correspondance you had with them? If that includes the claims and decisiosn made about it too, it would be helpful.

Hi Saad. Thanks for the reply. Likewise never called me or given the actual reason behind the rejection  I escalated 5 time but as of no reply. They are admant and never replies to customer. They took my monthly fee for 1 year and enjoyed. It's fido and likewize scam.  What is the best way to complain in consumer court here about the same.  Thanks Ranjan
