Fido chat rep. messed up my order

I made the phone order on Nov 21 and received the SIM card to port on Nov 23, but the person processing the order messed things up and I can't port my existing number. Now they asked me to re-order. What's gonna happen to my existing/previous order? Do I need to pay anything?

 

If I don't need to pay for the unactivated order, would it help if I submit 5 or 10 orders now, just to make sure that there is a higher chance of the getting things right?
