hi guys 
i wanted to reset my phone 'cause i couldnt send msgs... but the problem is that i forgot the security code for my phone... its not 0000 anymore... is there a way i can change it back to 0000?

If you changed the security code of the phone and then forgot the code, there is unfortunately not way to change it back.
You'll need to bring the phone in for exchange.

If you forgot the security code, you would have to send the phone in for repair. We'd send the phone to the manufacturer and they'll be able to reset the phone.
This may be done via a Fido store, for free if you are under warranty or at a cost if the manufacturer warranty is over.

Unfortunately I do not know how much this would be. I'd suggest either asking a representative at a store or calling them to find out.
