LG NEXUS 4 working on fido prepaid service?

when I activate them online with new micro simcard, fido can't confirms IMEI numbers...it says we have technical issues...what should I do? I wanna know nexus 4 will working on fido network prepaid service??? Please, let me know

i don't think it matters on fido comfiming IMEI of the phone.  As long as the device is not carrier locked,  the phone is compatible with fido's frequencies and not reported stolen, The phone will work
