LG Gossip Bluetooth doesn't work???

Whenever I try to send a picture from my Lg Gossip to my Mac computer, using bluetooth, it always says

"Fail to send to Macbook, Retry?" 

I don't understand why since, both devices bluetooth are on...

Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Hi Vanessa007,

Sorry it took so long.  I'm afraid the Gossip does not have the proper Bluetooth profile to perform file transfers.  Here is what your device has:

Bluetooth Profiles Supported A2DP,(Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) and  AVRCP  (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile)

You would need as well, Personal Area Networking Profile (PAN) or Generic Object Exchange Profile (GOEP) aka OBEX profiles.
