Well update roll-out window has come and gone for the P20 with many not receiving their updates. Barely 36hrs left in the roll-out for P20 Pro and again a lot of users haven't seen the update.
The few people I've heard receive the update was around Xmas time. I find this rather curious Why are we not receiving the said update? It's not okay to just say sorry and keep waiting please. Why can't we share our IMEI with a service advisor and have them force the update to our device

Rogers has pulled the information regarding the updates to both P20 variants. Something is rotten in Denmark.
If all services are same, upgrade would be easy but if each device is custom its a roll out. Just joking enjoy waiting
