Around midday yesterday the data network on my Fido Iphone 7 stopped working. I restarted my phone, removed my sim, reset my network and every other trick short of factory resetting my phone. The LTE or 3G symbols are still displayed but no data service works. Non Imessage texting and calling still works.
How should I proceed to resolve this issue

Just to confirm, are you only experiencing a disruption with your mobile data or are other services impacted? Are you able to text and call as usual?

My issue was resolved by the customer care employee named Shelly! Big Thanks to her.
The issue was that my phone was bought and used in other countries. So the respective network profiles stayed in the phone and clashed with Fido's APN.
Simply Deleting the other profiles got my Data up and running!
This problem was driving me crazy and despite trying to get help from customer service on the phone and in the store, no one seemed to be able to resolve the issue. Just looked up the solution and finally able to use my internet again! Thank you!
