I phone 11 pro won't take incoming calls says unavailable user

  Welcome to the community!

  To clarify, are you unable to answer the calls? As far as I am aware, the if a call shows Unavailable, that usually means the caller blocked their caller-ID from showing on the recipient's device. However, you should still be able to answer the call (if you choose to do so).
