IN the event my phone / SIM is stolen is there a phone number to call to suspend / block usage?

I am going to India. I have seen all the advice saying that if I lose my SIM I should log in to My Account, but I won't have internet access so I need a phone number to dial to block the SIM. Please provide

  Welcome to the community!

  They have a customer service number which can be accessed from abroad (see here). While I understand you may not have access to internet, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
