I need my old original plan exactly the same of April and May

On the Month of May I was a victim of a fraud.  A scammer call from Rogers offering me a bill discount and a free Pixel 8pro phone. I wish I called the police to arrest this scammer.

He ruined my mobile plan and removed all the promotions , bonuses that I had in my plan including my device protective insurance.  When I contacted Fido customer care , the agent told me that once the pixel pro 8 order is returned to Fido they will reinstall my old original plan. The PIXELL ORDER was cancelled and then returned to Fido on June 6 2024. However my old original plan wasn't recovered.  This is very disappointing. You are responsible of all this mess because all my bonuses , promotions including in my old original plan were all removed. I need my old original plan of the Month of April May back before the fraud occured .
