You just need to contact Fido's customer service and request to have you phone unlock.
You would just need to provide your phone's IMEI number you can find that by entering *#06# on the phone dialer.
Fido will process the unlock and provide you with the information to complete the unlocking process depending on the phone you have.
I've been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for customer service and your hold music seems designed to drive the customer to suicide. Which I suppose is one way to reduce call volumes. Seriously though...
