Huawei T5 Unlock

I purchased Huawei T5 Tablet from someone ok Kijiji, it seems to be locked...network locked as well as maybe google account locked. I spoke to the Fido agent who clearly said Fido won't support this. What are my options?

Contact the seller to get the account lock removed, if not you will have to get it done through a third party you can do a Google search and you should find some.
