How to sign off from the hotmail account in the Samsung Galaxy Q phone ?

Hi,

I recently got Samsung Galaxy Q from the Fido and connected to internet via WIFI and signed on to hotmail. Now I find it difficult to sign off from the hotmail. The moment I click on email it goes into hotmail inbox and not asking for user id and the password. I am NOT comfortable with this feature.

Pleaes advise me to how sign off from the hotmail in my phone.

I'd like to help.

In order to have your Hotmail account removed from your phone, you can go under Settings - Accounts & sync settings. From there, select your Hotmail account and in the new page, tap on Remove account.

Another way to do this would be directly from the Email application. Tap on the Email icon and then on the Menu button. Select Accounts and in the new window, select and hold your Hotmail account. A new menu will appear. Select Remove account from that menu.
