Hey vickster335!
Have you already tried a battery pull (removing the battery and putting back in place)? Did it fix it? Also, have you tried to do a factory reset on the phone?
If none of this works, you would really have to bring your phone in for repair via a Fido store. You can find the nearest store from you who offers this service here: http://www.fido.ca/storelocator
They will also lend you a phone while yours is away.

Tried the battery, Tried the factory reset, Phoned for nearest service and was directed to an outlet 1 1/2 away. It was not a fido store but was told they had a fido contract to return the phones and lend us a temp one. Was told by them that they do not do this.
Can't get any service on the phone becuase computers are down or something.
Been without a phone for 10 days and no end in sight.
Getting frustrated. Please help.
