Welcome to the community  The mini voicemail lets you store up to 3 messages for 3 days.

It all depends on the plan you have you can contact Fido through any of the available methods listed here and have them check your plan details. 

Since you plan is a $40 plan I would safely say you most likely have the mini voicemail which allows you to store up to 5 voicemail.
