For the phone upgrade, you can do it directly on Fido.ca after choosing your device or by contacting us through one of the options found on our website here.

If you want to get a subsidise phone from Fido you will have to sign a contract, depending on which plan you currently have and what phone you want to get you might have to change your plan.
If you want to get your own phone then you just need to make sure it is unlock and compatible with Fido's network to get more info see here or here. Once you get the phone you just insert your SIM card and use it.
