Have not received notification that phone has been shipped

Hi - just wondering when I'll receive notification that my phone has shipped? My wife ordered one last week and received notification within 5 business days. Mine is beyond 5 business days. I'm not too concerned with the length of time given the current pandemic situation, but just wanted to be sure it's shipped to the address I specified when I placed the order. Thanks!

You should receive the email once the device has been shipped. Also, check your spam folder to make sure the email did not go there.

If you want you can also contact customer service to check the status.
