I am bringing a HTC 10 (M10H) to Canada and planning to use it with Fido. It supports the following networks:
Technology
GSM / HSPA / LTE
2G bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
4G bands LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800), 28(700), 38(2600), 40(2300), 41(2500)
Speed HSPA, LTE-A (3CA) Cat9 450/50 Mbps
My questions is that can I use 4G internet with Fido and this phone?

Hello Amiralish,
Welcome to the community!
To add to what was mentioned above, while the phone should work on the Fido/Rogers networks, coverage for LTE could be limited as not all cellular towers use all bands/frequencies. You can get an idea of the bands/frequencies at your surrounding towers here.
Also, in addition to the compatible LTE bands/frequencies mentioned above, Fido/Rogers also uses band 12 (700MHz) in some areas (see here).
Hope this helps
Cheers

Hello @amiralish
From the specs you provided the phone has all the compatible bands for Fido's 2g and 3g network but only have one compatible LTE band 7(2600).
You might not be able to get LTE everywhere you go.

Hey @amiralish,
Welcome to the Community.
To work with our LTE network, the unlocked device will need to be compatible with:
700 MHz on Band 17;
1700/2100 MHz on Band 4;
2600 MHz on Band 7.
You might also need to set up the APN configurations manually. You can check out more details about this right from here. I hope this helps!
