I ordered iphone 5 and it was delivered to fido store 3 days ago but there was no my iphone 5

I went for 3 times fido store today but they couldn't even answer when my phone will be available... I think they sell my iphone 5 to someone else or they took it? I was so upset from them.

So I called several futureshop and bestbuy stores then there was stock available so I went to futureshop and finally I got my iphone 5 at evening (happy)

Fido reservation system sucks!!!

I don't know how many stocks available call below to check

i did the same... reservation with fido stuck on "in progress". walked into a bestbuy and picked one up lunchtime friday

That's what I did - ordered through Fido, their system went down, they weren't getting 64gb stock till next week.

Went to Futureshop, walked right in, got a 64gb, sorted out the plan deals, and now happily syncing it!
