Getting a new phone, will wifi calling and volte work?

If I was to order a Samsung S20 from TD using my credit card points, would that phone be able to use wifi calling and volte?

I may wait for the new S21 as it's coming out next month I believe.

I will only order if wifi calling and volte will be supported.

Wi-Fi calling and VOLTE are only guarantied to work with a Fido branded device.
