I have been getting a High Mobile Data Usage message on my Galaxy S10e every day for the last week or more. I haven't changed my usage patterns and I am on wifi at home and in work.
I have had the phone since November and this has only started happening in the last week or 10 days, maybe since the recent January security patch. I have been double checking that wifi is working OK in work and at home.
The phone says that I have used 2.9GB of data, my account on Fido says that I have used 2.5GB of data, but when I add up all of the individual app data usage in the data usage menu on the phone, it only adds up to 685MB.
I've used up half of my data limit and I'm only on day 10 of my billing cycle. I average 3GB to 4GB a month usualy as I am on wifi in work all day.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Is there a fix for it? It seems like a bug.

Hi @yolo22,
You can try enabling data saver and turning off the background data on your apps and see if it helps.
I have the S10 not the S10e and I have no issues after the January update.
You might also consider doing a network reset or possibly a factory reset if it continues.
