Galaxy Nexus STILL at ICS 4.0.1?

The whole world got 4.0.4 now and 4.0.5 is expected to be pushed soon, yet Fido is STILL AT 4.0.1? What's wrong? I tried checking for updates in the settings and it says that I am "Up to date" everytime, seriously? My phone refused to turn on a month ago so I had to send it to repair, one week later I get the same phone back, and STILL 4.0.1... this is really dissappointing.
