Fido prepaid eSIM?

I am pretty annoyed how Fido treats the prepaid customers. I do have post-paid plan and a prepaid-plan. Since sometime this year you are no longer able to see the balance on the prepaid and can't add credit, this option is just gone, you have to call customer service on the phone (there is not even customer chat available).

The phone waiting time is like 30 minutes now to get through Fido prepaid. So rather time waste. 

My question was if prepaid is available on eSIM?
