Why is Fido no longer talking to customers

As I type this I am sitting on hold to speak to a live operator for 39 minutes now I called yesterday at 7pm and got a message that offices are closed yet you can call up to 9pm per website fido what is your deal???

I tried phoning in for Cyber Monday to inquire about the deal and it said wait times exceeded 3 hours and it just disconnected me. I called a couple days later and waited for over 2 hours only to get someone who couldn't really assist me other than repeating to me what was already visible through the app.

I used Facebook messenger and got in touch with Ryan who was more than willing to assist me. He gave me the Cyber Monday deal which was awesome! Thank you so much for your awesome customer service Ryan.
